este temporar? am incercat sa descarc un negativ, cousin vinnie, si imi apare mesajul: You have been prevented from downloading this file; you have exceeded your download quota. si daca s a suspendat dreptul de a downloada, e dintr un motiv anume?sau a expirat perioada de download. cum se recastiga?
