face un fel de cache (o stocare provizorie pe termen limitat) la response (ceea ce se intoarce de la server si e prezetat ca o pagina de internet). dezavantajul ca toate request-urile (cererile tale de pagini web) trec pe la google. estimeaza si timpul castigat folosit acest program.

 Pentru o conexiune optimă. plăteşti cel mai scump abonament, treci la numere favorite providerul şi stai călare pe el. Facem prinsoare că după 120 ore apelate ai ză best cöneicşăn? ...fără soafte...

 Vizavi de ce spune sarac.lipit , am luat cel mai ieftin abonament de la RDS (28 RON) si trag de pe net cu 2 Mega/s (nu din retea). Odata am tras si cu 4 mega. Si asta farasa stau calare pe ei. Mai sunt probleme, nu pot spune nu, acum insa RDS lucreaza la o noua infrastructura si o sa fie bine.
Ca sa nu aveti probleme cu PC-ul , nu instalati toate prostiile sau programe care nu le folositi. De multe ori instalezi nu stiu ce versiune de windows si vezi ca nu iti recunoaste driverul de sunet (am patit asa ceva).

 acceleratoarele de download, gen internet download manager (pe care si eu il folosesc de mult timp) imbunatatesc numai download-ul si asta de pe serverele ce permit folosirea lor (de exemplu majoritatea site-urile de filesharing nu permit). aici se punea problema de imbunatatire a conexiunii in general, browsing, torrent, messenger sau mai stiu eu ce.
