Hello everyone, I have a folder containing several .STL files, which are rhythm patterns designed for the Roland E-40 keyboard. Since I don’t own the keyboard itself, I can’t play these files directly. My goal is to use these rhythms in a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) or another program where they can be imported and worked with. Does anyone know of a method or software that can convert these .STL files into MIDI or another DAW-compatible format? Alternatively, is there a way to extract the MIDI data from these files without needing the Roland E-40 hardware? I’m also open to other solutions if a direct conversion isn’t possible—like finding similar rhythms already in MIDI format or tips for manually recreating them. Any advice, tools, or experiences you can share would be incredibly helpful! Thank you so much for your input! |

The only way to convert STL files in midi files and viceversa is EMC Styleworks 2000, any version of it. Some video and explnations: LINK: Click aici ! Good luck!
