Dupa multele discutii legate de asigurarea de garantie pentru produsele Korg cumparate de afara, m-am hotarat sa trimit un email catre toate site-urile de distribuitori directi (adica cei care au numele de www. xxx KORG .xx si nu sunt comercianti doar... sau reselleri a mai multor firme). iata si intrebarile: "Good day. I had some trouble with a Korg user, when we were talking about Korg’s warranty policy. So now I am conducting a research, to find out the warranty policy for every country that have Korg Distributors. My question is, if you would me kind to answear: - If I have a Korg Keyboard bought in other country, and I show you the receipt, would you repair it as warranty? (if the keyboard is in the warranty period). - Is the warranty localy or international? Best regards. P.S. I do have Korg keyboard, but none of them needs repair. I do this for statistic research and because this “mistery” , I believe, can be solved. I did forward this email only to the ditributors that have korg in the site’s name." Astfel, acum conduc o cercetare, pentru a afla politica de garatie a fiecarei tari ce are distribuitor Korg. Intrebarea mea este: daca am o clapa Korg cumparata in alta tara, si va arat chitanta, a-ti repara-o ca fiind in garantie? (daca este in perioada de garantie clapa). - Este garantia locala sau internationala? P.S. Detin clape Korg dar niciuna nu necesita reparatii Fac asta pentru cercetare statistica si pentru ca acest "mister", eu cred, ca poate fi rezolvat. Am inaintat acest mail doar distribuitorilor ce au in numele site-ului scris "korg". Acum: am sa pun rezultatele si apoi raspunsul catorva: 100% din cei ce mi-au raspuns la mail nu asigura garantie decat la produsele vandute local de firma lor. 100% din cei ce mi-au raspuns banuiesc ca e locala peste tot garantia si nu internationala, in cazul lor fiind locala. If you buy a KORG keyboard in Germany, dealers will offer at least a 2 year warranty. We cannot do any warranty-related repairs, if the product is not bought in germany. Posted by Korgic on 22 Apr 2026, 13:36Würde gerne helfen die Pa5 sachen für Pa 4 zu erledigen.Habe Korg Pa manger 5,2 könnte ich erledigen.Aber ich denke das Problem werden die Drums sein alles anzupassen usw.
